To make a spiral effect, you need to have a scissor twizzers.

Grab the top with scissor twizzers and rotate slowly and firmly until the top portion completly closed by itself. This is the most difficult part of making the spiral rose. Don't get frustrate if you can't make it right at the first time. You need some practice here.
