We ship anywhere in the United States and to most of the foreign countries (Asia, Africa, Europe, etc.). Regardless how many items you order, there is a $13.99 delivery fee for US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. The delivery fee for USPS Express Mail is $25.99. The delivery charge for Canada is $27.99 and for all other foreign countries is $37.99 for USPS Express, which gives an internet tracking number. We provide a tracking number for all our orders.

IBecause these roses are not made by machine, but are carefully hand made, the completion and shipping of the roses vary. However, we do send our roses in five days of less (usually on the second or third day). Remember, we put great care in every individual rose that we make, so an ample amount of time is necessarily. If you, however, are not satisfied with our products, we are gladly willing to exchange them (but no refund). Customers are responsible for the shipping fee of the returned items and may do so within the 15 days after the roses have been received. However, must we note that such actions have been unheard of in the past because customers have a tendency to fall in love with these roses as soon as they arrive ;)

You may return an item for exchange within 15 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and most importantly, please indicate the reason for return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
