Can I send a message with my order?
Absolutely, without no extra charge. The length of the message does not matter. Just e-mail me what message you want us to send with your order. The message is printed and put on the same color the as the ordered roses. If you want a different color other than of your ordered roses on the message card please e-mail me about that too. For pictures of example messages go to Messages link.

Do you make roses and send them to your customers or do you send papers and instructions to make the roses?
We make the roses ourselves and send them to our customers.

The roses are wrapped in floraphane wrap. They are then put in a plastic box, which is put in a sealed box and sent.

How long will it take to receive the order?
We usually send the order the next day it has been ordered and we send it by USPS with priority mail so it usually takes 2-3 days. Oversea usually takes 7-10 by airmail.

Do you have any instructions on how to make the roses?
We used to not have any instructions on how to fold the rose but now we kind of do. We have a link that shows how to make our roses but it is in Korean. Click here to go to the link.

Are these roses an origami technique or do you just cut the paper?
Our roses are folded by using an origami technique. But these are not kawasaki roses.
